CEI Quality Policy
All products and services provided by C.E.I. shall conform to the requirements specified. Each employee is responsible for his or her input to the procurement, production, support, delivery, service or management provided.
We are committed to continually improving all products and services and to maintain C.E.I. as a quality leader in our field.
In order to meet our goals we will pursue the following Quality Objectives that are measured and reviewed at our management meetings.
- Provide our customers with consistent quality products and service
- Provide open communications with our customers in order to meet the customer's needs
- Provide a system of continuous improvement
The quality program described in the C.E.I. Quality Manual has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of international ISO standards and to provide the framework to allow accomplishment of our quality objectives and goals through Quality Planning exercises.
We, the management and employees of Custone Electromotive Inc., are committed to providing superior services that exceed our customer’s expectations. To achieve this high standard, we are dedicated to a process of continuous improvement of all products and services. Our business activities are conducted safely, legally, ethically, and with respect for our customers, business partners, and fellow employees.
