Send-In Service Faster Than Most Local Service
Print and fill out our service form from this site. Include the form with the product.Carefully package the inoperative product in a shipping container.
Be sure to provide adequate space and filler around product for safe shipping.
Use any courier of your choice, but we recommend Purolator Ground, for Ontario and Quebec, and Air from all other areas.
With each product include a $ 45.00 payment by cheque, money order , or charge card information as per service form to cover testing and diagnostics for declined estimates.
If, however, you approve the estimate, the $45.00 will be applied against the total repair amount.
Be sure to include a contact name and daytime phone number where we can reach you.
Balance payment may be made with a major credit card or shipped COD. Please note that all COD’s will be “ Certified Cashier’s Cheque Only”.
Shipping and Taxes will be added to repair and estimate costs as applicable for your area.
